#HalfFry May 2018 featured Tanya George – An Indian Typographer and Type Designer. After finishing her MA in Typeface design from the University of Reading, She is now based in Bombay, India. She has over 7 years of experience in the field of Graphic Communication and Identity design with a specialisation in Type-design. Also teaches typography and Type-design and conducts TypeWalks. She also co founded typo-stammtisch. She educated us about the Hindi typeface and the transliteration process from English to Hindi and the fun of observing the same around you through signage.
